I’ve liked the various supplements that I’ve received from this company, and this turmeric supplement is no exception. This is a really nice sized bottle, for the price, as well. It’s got black pepper, ginger and moringa as well. I like this supplement, and would recommend it.

It’s different that only 1 capsule is required as a dose. Usually turmeric requires 2 capsules to be taken. I usually take 2 as directed but if I have pain in a joint or just feel general inflammation somewhere I take 2 of them and it does help! Super effective for removing inflammation the natural way.

Easy to swallow, I use Turmeric for it’s many positive effects on the immune system. I like using whole food supplements, and this one is well priced and made with less processing.

It is difficult to measure the efficacy of these supplements. With that said, I like taking some daily Curcumin, as well as Ginger. Black Pepper increases the absorption of Curcumin. Moringa was a new one for me, according to the web it is an anti-oxidant, reduces inflammation, blood sugar, and cholesterol.
These arrived very quickly, the label is clear and easy to read, and the bottle is well sealed against tampering. There are the usual stamps on the label, amongst them “Made in USA”. The capsules are vegetarian with the usual additions of Cellulose and Magnesium Stearate.
All of these ingredients have long lists of potential benefits. I eat Ginger daily already, but a bit more will be even better. I considerm them in the category of “Won’t hurt, might help”.
One would have to eat large amounts of Turmeric to get the benefits of what is concentrated in this pill, along with some black pepper for better absorption.
The suggested use is 1 capsule per day, so the 120 capsules will cover 2 months, making this an economical choice.
The amounts of ingredients, as stated on the label, are much lower than what competing products claim. 290mg of Turmeric Root vs 1000 or 1500mg in others, and 50mg of Curcuminoids 95% vs 100 or 150mg in others. However, they are claiming a 10x “equivalency” of 3000mg Curcumin per serving.
As I said in the beginning, it is difficult to know what exact effects, if any, these have, since things like oxidative stress and inflammation are difficult to measure and test for. Still, adding some to your daily nutrient intake will be “potentially beneficial”.
