I’ve had stomach issues (IBS) for over 40 years. Many, many years ago I tried digestive enzymes. I worked at a health food store at the time and decided to try some they sold that were considered pretty high strength enzymes. My stomach was really a mess at the time. Well, they made things worse, and I never took them again. I’ve read numerous times that enzymes can help IBS, but I always thought…not for me! Well, I have figured out a few things since then and I am in much better shape than I was. I still get a gassy stomach though so I thought I might try them again. I was super cautious and poured out about 1/3 of a capsule into my smoothie. No problems. Finished the other 2/3 the next day. No problems. Took a full cap then next day. Still okay. Got real brave and took 2 capsules the following day. Worked my way up to 2 caps twice a day before I started getting a sour stomach. Decided that was too much. Now taking 1 at lunchtime and 1 with my smoothie in late afternoon. Doing fine on that dose. Not sure if it is making a lot of difference but maybe some. As I said, I am doing fairly well anyway. I will stick with this dosage and see how things go. I am happy that they didn’t make me feel worse and maybe even feel a little better.

I needed a supplement to help with digestion Papaya is not my favorite tasting fruit. I know how beneficial
it is for your gut so I started taking these Plant Enzyme supplement I recommend this company product. I just bought my second bottle and will continue using.
