This seems to have been much more effective for me than the traditional lactase pills. Probably due to the extra help with the milk proteins, which I think does impact me a bit, but not as much as lactose. With that said, this product is very expensive, and I almost took a star off due to price. Also I would prefer this in single packs, rather than a 15 tablet sleeve. I currently throw the single serve packs in the little pocket in my jeans that have no other purpose. These aren’t as convenient as that.

I’ve used the standard lactase product for years, and it serves its purpose. But I was curious if there were things that the single enzyme treatments were missing. I didn’t realize until I ordered this that there were multiple enzymes that would help “lactose intolerance” in addition to lactase.
The package is pretty compact, so it’s easy to carry. As another person suggested in these reviews, I don’t advise chewing it, if you have the option to swallow with some water instead. They’re not that large, and pretty flat.
I was kind of dubious about the price, which per pill is about three or four times what I usually pay for this type of OTC treatment. But they do the job for me really well with no additional discomfort. A keeper, especially for special occasions or travel.

These work just the same as the ones I get at our local department store. I like the packaging because I can slip it in my purse and it doesn’t take up much space and doesn’t require a separate bottle to hold them. They work quickly too. I can take one on the way to dinner out and it works with no issues for that meal.

I frequently use lactase pills to help with digestion of milk, since otherwise I’m sure to feel the consequences of lactose intolerance. These pills include enough lactase enzymes to allow me to consume dairy, with some additional pancreatic enzymes as well. While I’m not sure whether the additional enzymes are necessary for me, I can see this being a useful combination for people who need additional digestion supplements. I appreciate that these come in a nice slim pill pack that is easy to carry in my purse in my purse too. With that said, I did reduce 1 star because these are very pricey compared to straight lactase pills, and I didn’t notice a substantial difference myself. I’ll stick with my usual pills, but I can see these being more worth it for someone looking for the combination.

I’m going on a trip and some of my friends are lactose intolerant. I still want them to enjoy the cultural foods and cheeses while there so I decided to invest in these pills for them. There are 15 in a pack so for a trip of 10 days I’m hoping that will be enough split between two people. I was kind of dubious about the price, which per pill seems to be about three times what I would see at the local pharmacy but if this will provide great benefits for an OTC product then I don’t mind investing in it.
The package is small and compact it easy to carry. One person in these reviews advised against chewing it, and just swallowing with some water instead especially since they’re not that large, and flat.
