I’ve taken this for about 10 years and have had great relief from the worst symptoms of seasonal allergies. I used to start 1 or 2 months before allergy season and then double during the season. Now I just take 1 two times daily year round as I’ve read that it has other antioxidant properties.
AT WHIT’S ENDE –
I’ve used several Swanson brand supplements, with good results, but not these. This Quercetin doesn’t seem to work as well as other brands that I have tried. At least not for allergy relief. After taking these, my eyes still itch, which is not the case when I take the more expensive Blue Bonnet brand. Also, you should know that this brand adds magnesium to the supplement, so be prepared for increased regularity.

Wonderful product no extra ingredients easy to swallow no taste at all. This is really a good supplement . I love that there is no cellulose in this it’s rice flower no gluten or nut issues no hidden coconut. Wonderful product by a great company.

Quercetin transports Zinc through cell walls. It helps Zinc interrupt the replication of viruses. I take Quercetin with a Trace Minerals supplement. I also take D3 (4000) and C (2000). I have not had a viral infection or even a cold for 12 years. People who are allergic to pineapple should take Quercetin without Bromelain.

I took one in the morning, went out, feeling very weak, I was wondering about it, the weather was great and sunny, though I got so tired walking back home. Later find out that my blood pressure went so high from usual low under 100. The stomach felt weird too, some supplements don’t work for me. I will return.

I like the dosage amount as another brand was much too high and trying to open the capsules was not a good idea. Working on a covid floor and following most of the FLCCC protocol for staying healthy.
