so, let me start by saying I was pretty skeptical about using this product, or any “non doctor prescribed” medication. Technically this is not medication but really just a multi-vitamin. My main issue is that I had weak urination stream, especially in the middle of the night… sometimes so severe, I could barely go. I read about some doctor prescribed medications and I read about their side effects and I decided I’d try this before I went to that extreme. after the first month of taking these I didn’t notice that much of a difference and I was ready to give up and go see a doctor. then I read some of the reviews and saw that quite a few people said it could take longer than a month to notice a change. so I figured I’d give it one more month and if it doesn’t work, then that’s it. low-and-behold about a month and a half into it I did notice a change. my stream in the middle of the night wasn’t as bad as it had been. Then after 2 months, I really noticed that I wasn’t having painful urination’s in the middle of the night anymore. Then after 3 months, I can honestly say my streams are “almost” back to normal. I don’t think it’ll ever be like it was when I was younger, but I have to say this really does work (at least for me it did)! if you’re having the same issue as I then you have to try this! Don’t give up if you don’t get immediate results, this is not medication, vitamins take a lot longer to work than prescribed meds but these do work, just give it time.

Over the past two years I have tried numerous prostate supplements including Urinozinc Prostate Formula Plus With Beta-Sitosterol, Source Naturals Prosta-Response, and Nature’s Bounty Saw Palmetto 450 mg just to name a few. My experience with these has been that they seem to do some good, but never enough to make a significant improvement. I know they are working somewhat because when I have stopped taking them, even for a short period, my symptoms always worsened.
In my ongoing quest to find the “best” prostate supplement, I continued researching and came across several positive reviews for Real Health Laboratories Prostate Formula with Saw Palmetto. What struck me about a few of these reviews is they said this formula had worked when others hadn’t. While I am often somewhat skeptical of reviews, I am also ever hopeful, so about 3 weeks ago I ordered them. One immediate benefit was they were actually less expensive than most of the others I had tried.
After a few days, I began experiencing positive results. But I know (and my wife keeps reminding me) that I often see some initial positive results from various herbal supplements I take, only to find them short-lived, and I end up being with them disappointed over time. But now after taking 3 a day more than 3 weeks, I am very please to say these supplements are the real deal … for me at least. I have experienced much improved “flow” when urinating, my bladder seems to empty more, I am less bloated, and I am seeing improved ease in bowel movements (another negative effect of an enlarged prostate that I don’t read too much about, but which is definitely an issue for me).
While I recommend trying these if you have not had good results with other similar formulas, I would also have to say that I think that many of these prostate health products have similar ingredients (usually in different combinations or amounts) and that reviews like this are helpful … but you will only know if one is right for you by trying numerous versions. And I also believe that just because a number of them you have tried may have not worked does not necessarily mean that this type of supplement won’t ever work for you … it could be that you just haven’t found the right one for YOU.

real health prostate advanced formulation works better than 15 to 20 various other brands I have tried over 25 to 30 years. That is the 270 count. It also does better than prostate complete also by real health. If something is not broken, don’t fix it. Why was it not available to buy today 10-16-2024?

My husband purchased these supplements because he hit the age of 40 and noticed he was having a hard time emptying his bladder fully. He also started the godforsaken “dribble” as he dubs it. So, we tried these supplements on a whim and he took them consistently for a few months. He says he DEFINTIELY notices a difference! He is able to empty his bladder fully now and no more “dribble.” He feels his stream is even stronger now as well (hallelujah from me who is on cleanup duty!)
The pills are a tiny bit on the large side, so definitely keep this in mind if you have a hard time swallowing bigger pills. Also, do NOT expect instant results! These pills need to be consistently taken for a few months to notice a difference. My husband also stopped taking them to see if the effects lasted, but he went right back to his problems before.
Overall, he recommends these pills because they work! Just please note, these will be a long-term investment since you need to take them consistently for a few months to notice results, and you need to keep taking them for the effects to last.
