I am so glad I found these again, this is an excellent gummy supplement of glucosamine chondritin, which actually has the appropriate values needed on a daily basis! First of all, glucosamine chondritin usually comes in giant horse pill sized supplements, difficult to swallow even on their own with a glass of water. And secondly, a lot of the supplements are suddenly keeping the same amount of glucosamine, but then slashing the chondritin to excessively low amounts. You have to be really careful and make sure that the glucosamine is around 1500mg and then the chondritin at around 1200mg. Which is exactly what this brand has, and you can take it quite easily as a delicious, gummy instead of the hassle of dealing with a huge pill. Would definitely get again!

These gummy bears are tasty and chewy. They are coated in the way that I believe they won’t clump (got to make sure they are stored in a dry and cool place for sure.) They stick to my teeth a bit. It’s quite a fun and encouraging way to take glucosamine and MSM while many other supplements are big pills. The elderberry flavor is a bit strong so if you dislike the berry, these bear aren’t for you. For about $20 per month, I’ve tried yummier bears with different flavors but this is honestly not bad at all. Worth give it a try!

In a daily serving of 2 gummies there is a good amount of glucosamine and chondroitin as well as lesser amounts but a good combo of MSM, Boswellia, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, D3, K2, and elderberry fruit extract.
This is a one month’s supply at a reasonable price and these gummies arrived in February of 2023 and they expire November 2025. Definitely will order again.

These glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and other supplement filled gummies are berry flavored. They are soft and easy to chew, There are no digestive issues or side effects after taking them. I’ve been taking glucosamine and chondroitin off and on for several years, as a way of promoting joint health. I’ve always had difficulty taking them in tablet form because I’ve found the pills too large and hard to swallow.
They also have a slightly chalk-like consistency and flavor in tablet form that I find unpleasant to chew before swallowing, making that just two of the reasons why I’ve never been able to take this supplement consistently. These gummies have solved that problem. There are 60 gummies in each bottle, and with a 2 gummy serving size, that equals a one month supply. I am quite pleased with the additional supplements contained in each gummy as well, making this supplement an excellent value.

I likes it. These gummie including glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and other supplements are berry flavored. They are soft and simple to chew, and there are no digestive problems or negative effects after using them. I’ve been using glucosamine and chondroitin supplements intermittently for several years to promote joint health. I’ve always had trouble taking them in tablet form since the pills are too big and difficult to swallow.

Glucosamine and chondroitin are two well-studied supplements believed to have benefits for your joints. I’m more familiar with them and have been hearing about them for a while. Recently I had read more about hyaluronic acid’s benefits when taking orally, and while reviewing this product, read a bit about MSM’s benefits for the same. Suffice it to say, most of the ingredients are geared toward joint health.
I give it a 5/5 because it lists the specific effective ingredients, and it contains them at the doses that have been studied to produce an effect (for glucosamine and chondroitin). Those are the two headline ingredients advertised. It also includes hyaluronic acid at what looks to be about half the dose studied in one study I read (60mg studied vs 25mg in this). I haven’t read enough about MSM to speak more on the matter.
As a final note, a lot of these gummy products claim to be sugar free, which, based on how they taste, I am highly skeptical of, but I could be wrong. Every gummy I’ve tried recently tastes good, and tastes sweet. Obviously not conclusive, but I am suspicious!

This was a 30-day supply. Everything I’ve read (anecdotal) about Glucosamine & Chondroitin says that they take awhile to see results. So I didn’t expect to see results by the end of the bottle.

-The 4th picture says, “With Vitamin E powerful joint antioxidant that defends against free radicals and oxidation for joint support and mobility.” But I did not easily find Vitamin E listed in the ingredients. To me, quality descriptions are more likely to mean a quality product and vice versa.
