This is the 1st time I’ve ever taken this product. From what I’ve read on its benefits, I will give it a temporary trial. Im notparticularly fond of synthetic renditions of nature, but looking at its molecular structure I can see how it triggers like thiamine.
Since it didnt have gene-editing quakuties but is vitamin-like, I will continue the bottle in my exercise routine.
I hope it helps with musclesand nerves as the scientific reviews claim.

I got this because I take Benfotiamine to possibly help limit my residual sugar level damage capability. IMO Sugar is an extremely powerful ingredient that is not well known for it’s ability to do so much harm to the human body. It falls in that category of our body needs it (for energy), but it can be bad for you too, especially when you consume too much of it. Regardless of how much or how little is in your diet, sugar can become real bad if/when it becomes becomes AGES ( Advanced Glycation End Products). This happens when sugar interacts with proteins and fats in our blood and it not good for us at all, especially our skin. I fully expect in the future scientist will find even more ways that sugar is responsible for health problems and especially with added sugars. Although I do not suffer from neuropathy or sugar related eye/kidney damage I still do my best to keep it inhibited. My glucose stays around 90 and I take a lot of Berberine to help with that. With the sugar that does get through, I use benfotiamine to hopefully offset some of it’s damage. It is my hopes that by avoiding AGES and other negative aspects of sugar I am helping my skin and possibly avoiding the lengthy list of all the problems AGES and excess sugar can do. I like that this brand is using a low/normal dosage for the benfotiamine. Two caps are 300 mgs and I like to take 100 to 150 mgs twice a day. So this works perfect for me especially since I am using this more as a preventative. Benfotiamine is also known as B-1 or synthetic Thiamine. It is a man made molecule and it usually converts to Thiamine. Studies surprisingly show that supposedly we actually get more Thiamine from Benfotiamine than from just taking Thiamine. Reminds me very much of increasing NAD by taking its precursors. This brand does not appear to be third party lab tested but thats kinda common with synthetics. This brand is also supposedly formulated by Dr. Ergin. The BioPerine is added to this to increase the bioavailabity so you actually get more in your body rather than it being wasted. These caps are very small as you can see by my picture and I had no problems taking these. I also had no sides with these and that’s one of the big pluses IMO about Benfotiamine is that people usually have zero sides with it. I never feel anything when taking Benfotiamine and I just trust its helping in some way or some form like it does in the studies. Good Luck and Hope this was Helpful.

Benfotiamine is a precursor of vitamin B-1. It is an important nutrient in keeping emotional equilibrium and calm It is NOT a seditive and is not habit forming. This particular product potent available at a very good price.

Remember managing diabetes is a journey and what works for one person may not work for another. Supplements also require patience and consistency which is why supplements take longer to respond because supplements will need to accumulate in your system. Benfotiamine should be used in conjunction with others. I am still trying to figure out right combination, but I am hesitant of this brand after finding out about FDA warning regarding Dr Ergin’s SugarMD Advanced Glucose Support. The peace of mind I had when trying was that brand is on FDA radar. Overall found supplement okay.

This B1 formula comes in smaller capsules that makes it easy to ingest two capsules per day. There are sixty capsules per bottle, to give you a month supply. I found that I have experienced no side effects taking this supplement. The capsules do not have any strange taste. One thing to mention, there is a filler used in this supplement that may be difficult for people either with diabetes or someone that is living a paleo/keto lifestyle, the filler is rice flour. Also those sensitive to black pepper may have an issue with this formula. BioPerine (black pepper extract) helps the Benfotiamine absorb better. This is a good Benfotiamine supplement. It has the potential for several health benefits. I always am looking for ways to help my body with handling blood sugar. So far, I am enjoying the way I feel taking this supplement.

Care seems to have been taken with this supplement. The supplement bottle came well sealed, with plastic over lid, a paper seal under lid, and cotton protecting the capsules. SugarMD peoducts, including thus, are made in the USA, gluten free, non GMO, and have the GMP seal for Good Manufacturing Practices. The capsules are small and transparent, with white powder containing Benfotiamine along with BioPerine to aide in absorption. No fillers or other ingredients. 2 capsules give you a 300mg serving. I have been taking this supplement for a while and switched from my previous brand to this one. I haven’t noticed any change in how I feel, so this seems to be at least as effective as the previous brand, though I’m not sure of the extent my body utilizes this. Thus is a supplement that does not seem to have an “obvious effect” as some other supplements have. I’ve not noticed any side effects.
While SugarMD did have a recall in the past year of another product they sell, I’ve found no recalls or concerning data on this one, and transparency in their website. I have no concerns, myself, about this product based on what I’ve read on this company.
