I rather like these since it acts as a hardener for my dietary needs and gives me some nutrients that I didn’t know I was lacking. But I especially like that I can tolerate milk for a little bit longer now since taking these nice and easy to swallow soy pills.

Not a fan of the bright pink capsules. Claims “no artificial colours,” etc., so presumably the beta carotene is the colourant. Still, I find the candy-pink colour kind of off-putting. Will probably opt for a different brand next time.
