I bought these because they are filled with 8 healthy ingredients all in one supplement that are in a capsule and easy to swallow. I have a cold right now so I was looking for something to help boost my immune system and it’s day 3 and so far I can’t tell of its effectiveness. I take these with a meal because that’s what is recommended and I don’t have too much discomfort tummy wise. There is no taste to them. I will have to update you when I’ve taken them for a couple of weeks to let you know if I notice any difference.
