Works like a charm. Just need to figure out how many times you want to drink it a day. I do once a day about 8 oz of glass of water with a small spoonful. It does have a little aftertaste but absolutely worth it to keep the gut happy!

This time the powder won’t dissolve and stay clumpy. The picture is shown after I stirred 30+ sec. The color is very dark. The last time I bought this, it dissolved easier and it was light color. Have they changed the supplier??? If so, they need to find a better one, or go back to the previous one.
I wish I could return it, but have already opened it. I don’t think I will consume it. So disappointed and what a waste:(

Most of the psyllium husk products are orange flavored. And they contain sugar. This product is only psyllium husks. I don’t eat sugar at all and this is the only product I can find that is sugar free. It works great if taken at bedtime. It doesn’t taste great so I drink it down quickly.

Get it? If you’re new to psyllium husks, please pace yourself as you add this all-natural fiber to your diet. It couldn’t be easier to add to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. There’s no taste, so don’t worry about that. You’ll know it’s present because it will definitely thicken whatever you add it to. Consult your health practitioner or do some research on the amount of roughage you need based on your weight, age, gender, etc. And then, work your way up to the amount you need to supplement what you usually get in your diet. Or, stay close to the facilities to avoid an accident.

I wish when I was younger that someone had explained what it means to be regular and why that is important. I was a once-a-week kind of guy and just assumed that was normal.
Fast forward to middle age and actually taking care of myself and I have found a routine that works. I start my day with some dried fruit, I drink buckets of water throughout the day (I live in the desert and sweat a lot so it takes effort to keep up), and I take a generous dose of psyllium husk right after dinner. For me I need a hefty dose–experiment to see what works for you.
Like clockwork, right after coffee in the morning I am ready to close and have an easy and prompt evacuation. I’m a bidet user but even when I use paper there is barely anything to clean up. I feel great all day.
If I miss (happens mostly when traveling) I start backing up almost immediately, and it takes a few days after I get home to get back into the groove, so I am confident that the psyllium husk is really doing something.
I picked this particular product after reading about testing that somebody did that showed this was the cleanest brand on the market. There are lots of other health benefits to fiber supplements (one of the best supplements you can take), but for me the upgrade in digestion is a life changer.

I was using a smaller amount that was in a plastic container but I decided to try the larger amount because it saves money and I use it everyday and I have to say the container that it is in in this size is also some form of plastic but it is much more quality and you are able to close it much tighter so air doesn’t get in I feel like the product is much more protected for shelf life and this container I don’t know if this is typical but for some reason this powder has been much easier to briskly stir into water and has almost no lumps happening at all when dissolving the powder the previous container the smaller one I don’t know every time I start it or shook it or tried to do the best way it always ended up with lumps in it still and I had to scoop them out because it’s not good to drink lumps of this product so I got to say if you’re going to buy this product you should go for this one it is my new go to

Great product at a great price
