Definitely on the higher price end, but it does help with bloating. I noticed a reduction in discomfort and improved digestion after meals, though it wasn’t a miraculous fix. I’ve tried other, cheaper enzyme supplements before, and honestly, they seemed to work just as effectively as this one. While Digest Gold does its job, I’m not convinced it’s worth the premium price tag when similar results can be achieved with more affordable options.

I was on acid reflux PPI’s for a decade but was sick of them not always working and some of the side effects. A nutritionist at a local heath food store recommended these and they have worked amazingly. It took a few months to completely have no acid reflux but taking one with each meal for about 2 months and using a tums for times in between helped a lot. Now to prevent acid reflux I only have to take one when I am going to have spicy food or red meat. The only side effect is they can make you visit the restroom more frequently if you take them a lot.

What a quality product with a nice mixture of enzymes at a good price. This product is also one of the brands which has been heavily studied and is thus recommended by many respected medical professionals. Each capsule contains a fair amount of each enzyme in a nice symbiotic blend so I don’t need to take more than 1 capsule, which is not the case with many other digestive support products. Many people have insufficient digestive enzymes and in spite of the fact that I drink Apple Cider Vinegar everyday, sometimes I still need additional digestive support. I have tried many brands and this one by far, works the best for me. I am also very picky about my supplements and try to avoid fillers at any cost. Digest Gold has no fillers so one more reason for me to keep using it.
