These gummies taste more like candy than any supplement and even have sugar coating it. The gummies are nice and bouncy and chewey. The biotin is massive i don’t even know why that much is needed but the rest of the blend is great for your skin and hair. Just great and delicious which means you’ll never miss a serving

I like taking gummy supplements over capsules because I have difficulty with swallowing at times. These gummies were nice and soft and easy to chew. The taste was good/sweet. I like the ingredients listed and the benefits that they provide. As others have pointed out that the amount of collagen peptides is almost negligible compared to taking collagen peptides alone. I already take collagen peptides separately so that isn’t a problem for me.

These gummies have so many excellent ingredients that I want to add to my diet and they are manufactured in the USA, so I thought I’d give them a try. I like that they use sugar to sweeten this product rather than stevia or mannitol since it’s worth a little sugar to avoid those fake-tasting sweeteners. The taste of this gummy is advertised as berry flavored but it’s an odd flavor to describe and berry-adjacent at best. The main issue with the taste is that there is a strong bitter note that the sugar does not offset, but I still found them palatable, just not yummy. I’ll happily take these gummies daily just to get the ingredients so I’m satisfied with this product.

Normally I’m not a fan of gummy vitamins and supplements because they use gelatin which I don’t eat. These are advertised as vegan, so I took a leap of faith. I don’t see a complete ingredients list on the container so I’m not sure what is used to get the gummy texture. Again, leap of faith. There’s also another unknown here, and that is the various ingredient’s origins.
While the manufacturer proudly states “Made In USA” on the front of the container, on the back is a disclaimer that the ingredients are not necessarily so. In truth these are assembled in the U.S. from parts sourced around the world. What I don’t like about this is trading on “Made In USA” when in fact, it’s more like “Assembled In USA.” If a company is trying to fool its customers on such base marking is it being loose in other claims too?
I’d be fine if they were more transparent on origin. For example, the olive oil and frozen fruit and vegetable brands I buy always have a stamp indicating country or countries of origin. I just like to know where the things I’m ingesting are sourced from. Yes, I’ll say it one last time – I’m taking leap of faith with these supplements.
The gummies themselves do not taste horrible. I’m not sure what the taste is but eating a couple is not a chore, as supplements can be. It’s slightly sour, but not bitter, with a faint berry flavor and short-lived after taste. It has 1g of sugar. I’m not entirely sure if that 1g has any effect, but I’m also glad there isn’t more sugar since these are a health supplement, not candy.
I can’t speak to the effectiveness of these yet, but I haven’t had any ill-effects, so that’s a good start. I’ll finish out the container, assess if I’ve noticed any potential upshot to taking them and reordering if so.

This supplement contains some good Vitamins. They contain the recommended daily dose for K2 and biotin, and a nice amount of collagen peptides, although the source for the collagen isn’t listed. There isn’t very much D3, and I don’t know much about reversatrol. But in general, the contents are good.
The two gummy’s serving only contains 1 g of sugar, which I really like, although they don’t taste like candy. They’re nice and chewy and will be easy to eat
But the big issue, why I only gave them three * In spite of the good things I’ve mentioned, is the main ingredient NAD. I looked at the online research, and it appears that taking NAD directly is not very effective. Even though the supplement contains the same substance that is in our body, NAD, when you take it orally, it’s not absorbed. All the experiments that I could find said that we should be taking precursors to in a DNAD, that means other forms that cause our bodies to produce its own NAD.
Several studies mentioned nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) as effective precursors.
I don’t know if this is a problem with labeling or not. Perhaps the company put on the label that it contains NAD, but it actually contains one of these precursors. If I can figure out what it actually contains, then I will increase the rating.
