I’m not old but I do work a very physical job that was stressing my joints. I definitely feel better taking this and I do not take the full dosage, either one or two a day. They are also easy to swallow as a capsule which is what I was really looking for.

I’ve used Swanson’s Joint support for a few years now. I find it helps with my stiffness, my Ortho P.A. was glad to know I’ve been taking this Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin combination, he was going to suggest it to me. To me the softness are great, does not bother my stomach.

I sit at a computer all day at my current job and my knees and hips started to hurt so I started to take this to help my joints but the pain actually got worse LITERALLY the day after I started taking the pills so I stopped taking them. Days later and that pain disappeared. Definitely made me wary; going back to getting seafood/fish oils from natural sources and stretching more. Belatedly realized this is also a GMO product (the capsule itself).
