I have heard the benefits of using digestive enzymes to relieve some common stomach issues. I was seeing a wellness chiropractor who put me in a regimen & suggested Digestive enzymes. These ones were reasonably priced & helped me feel better along with a diet change. (I cut out gluten & carb overload.) If I understand correctly, digestive enzymes help you start the digestion process with some fruit extracts, & herbs. This particular one has a probiotic blend with it which is better than other ones that I’ve tried & had to take the separate probiotic. This one says that it helps break down fats, proteins & complex carbohydrates. It supports healthy digestion, promoted nutrient absorption, & helps with occasional gas & bloating. I have been taking a digestive enzyme for some time now & this one is as good as any that I have tried & I dont think it cost as much as the one the chiropractor suggested for me to buy. I like this one because it has fennel, ginger & peppermint in it too & that’s what I would use if I had an upset stomach.

My family and I have been trying FamrHaven products for a little over a year now and we’ve been incredibly happy with them. Unlike some of the other big vitamin companies, they put a lot of emphasis on making their products as natural as possible and being vegetarian friendly which we really appreciate.
Anyways, once FarmHaven said they were launching this Digestive Enzymes product I knew I had to try it. Out of my family members, I’ve always been the one with digestive problems. I had terrible issues with eating vegetables like Brussels sprouts or broccoli and would get horrendous gas/constipation afterwards. Dairy caused similar issues for me as I grew older and sometimes meats made me feel extremely bloated. My fear of eating got so bad that I used to get stressed just from thinking about my next meal! I could never eat any meals for more than an hour.
After trying these FarmHaven enzymes for a few days, I noticed an IMMEDIATE effect. I don’t feel nearly as gassy or overfull from eating now, even after consuming my former “trigger” foods like broccoli. I also am much “better” at going to the bathroom now if you know what I mean. I used to have loose stools and runny diarrhea but those problems have really improved. I would highly recommend taking this if you’re looking for help with your stomach in any way!

I’ve been taking this supplement since the beginning of 2022. In May 2020, my stomach completely changed one night and was never quite the same. I had chronic diarrhea from May 2020 and ongoing issues until January 2022. I went through a colonoscopy, several medications, but still had issues. I couldn’t travel, could barely leave the house (covid gave a great excuse to stay home at least). I found this product on sale and on a whim figured I might as well try it. It changed my life and righted me for the first time since the fateful night in May 2020. I take one pill a day with food in the morning, every day. I no longer have gas issues, no longer deal with chronic diarrhea, and stuff that used to upset my stomach no longer seems to. I don’t know what about this product sorted me out, but it did. I’ve “tested” myself and missed a few days to see what happened and I reverted back to the chronic issues and it took a week or two to get “right” again but it was not a fun process as I dealt with some nausea and just not feeling great when getting back on these. I hope this product never goes away because it has been an absolute lifesaver for me. Hopefully I can pinpoint what in this bottle has fixed me.

I originally was using a different product but the company got bought out and they went downhill fast and I was nervous about changing brands because I have a very sensitive digestive system. I’m extremely pleased with this product and thankful my old one went kaput lol!
I don’t enjoy putting this info out there but because of the medication I am on I get constipated really fast if I dont use really great enzymes and probiotics with herbs that make them more readily available in your system plus protect from bloating etc associated with taking probiotics. This has everything I could want, I’m totally sold and will be brand loyal because it works fantastic and it’s a great price.

I have had acid reflux for many years. I was taking prescription meds, but I really wanted to get off those and find something natural. Unfortunately, these enzymes didn’t do it for me. I took them for two months, hoping something would kick in cure my problem, but nope. I’m guessing they were probably helpful for gut health but not for the reflux. I was hoping!

I have been having digestive issues my side life and finding a good digestive enzyme is really hard. I needed something gluten-free and dairy free and this is what popped up it had really good reviews so I went ahead and purchased it. I’ve been taking it for a few months and had no problems with it at all. I was able to eat I am relatively normal diet except fortunately I have quite a few food allergies I have to avoid. I highly recommend this product if you have a digestive issues.

The ones I take just seemed liked they didn’t work and always out of stock so I had to find one that had the same ingredients plus this has all of the L. probiotic that I take separately so I don’t have to take those anymore so that is a plus. I started these as soon as I got them 2 days ago, take them with every meal and I can’t explain the difference it is amazing. So glad I found these and will keep these in stock from now on. I had Candida which tore up my stomach to GERD, IBS-C, SIBO just a hot mess. My gas and bloating are down, not coughing as much due to acid reflux, got off Prilesec and just refuse to take it, it was making me worse. I’m will give it a few more days then try a trigger food which could still take some time so for now I love these. Will update if anything changes but I highly recommend these digestive enzymes, everyone is so different but doesn’t hurt to try. No I was not paid for this review, just my honest experience.
