Over I liked this very much but for my situation the there isn’t quite the combination I am looking for. The serving size is 3 capsules but the “Suggested use states: Take 1 capsule twice a day with a meal. The print is small and difficult to read in some lighting. That information I did not observe until recently. So the labeling could be way better. In spite of the label, I highly recommend this product for its Turmeric and cinnamon.

I gave it three stars because I just got them and don’t really know yet if they are working or not. My blood sugar is a little high. I don’t have Diabetes, so I am just taking one a day so far. But for each day I have taken them I have had a nightmare. I don’t know if it’s the pills or not but I wasn’t having nightmares before taking them. I am hoping they will help lower my cortisol levels and reduce inflammation as well. I was putting the apple cider vinegar in my drinks for two weeks, but I am hoping this is less harsh on the stomach.
