My POV: The taste is horrible your entire sweat, breath, pores, and body begins to smell like vitamin. No matter how much you brush your teeth and use listerine, it leaves a strong after smell. I started to become embarrassed talking to people so I had to always carry gum and extra body spray. The smell is very strong. Your urine begins to turn into a concentrated think bright yellow and have a vitamin odor no matter how much fluids you try to drink. The pill is huge ( huge horse pill) and thick I don’t know how anyone can try to swallow that even though it’s one pill. Even after cutting into very small pieces it’s still hard to swallow and I still choked after. I do not recommend for someone straight out of surgery. Im 2 weeks post op and I dread taking this vitamin. I wish I could return but unfortunately I have to keep them. Will not be using and I looking for new vitamin to replace.

I had gastric sleeve in may of 2023 and started on these vitamins in order to supplement my health due to my drastic decrease of nutrients from food. Just got my 14 month blood tests back and my numbers were so phenomenal that she said she wished he numbers looked as good as mine. The pills are on the large side but I’ve not had any issues taking them. They taste and smell wonderful, unlike most vitamins I’ve taken in the past. Great price for a 3 month supply.

These have been my go to since my rny bypass in 2023 .All my labs have always came back great. I started then right after my surgery and take them to this day and don’t plan to change that. They are easy to swallow, don’t make my stomach upset, very effective. I recommend them to any bariatric patient I come across thats looking for a one a day vitamin.
