As long as I eat hearty meals throughout the day, when I take the princess pump vitamins my milk is rich and I pump minimum 4 – 5 Oz with was ease. Before I took 2 days to get that much milk, I’m grateful. Sometimes I take 2 xs per day with my meals, but most days I take it once per day.

I take 2 doses (4 pills) a day, and taken consistently it’s definitely helped my production. Not a ton, but enough for my little guy

I’ve learned that the ingredients work for some, but not all unfortunately I am the ladder end of that statement. My supply did not only decrease but it tanked until I was able to build it back up again. I’ve heard great things about this product, but it’s definitely a try at your own risk product. Good luck to all on their breast-feeding journey.

So I started using this product when I found out my baby was having a reaction to fenugreek. Originally I had started my breastfeeding journey using fenugreek my output was just enough for feeding. But my daughter developed terrible eczema all over her body it was heatbreaking. We had to eliminate things one at a time to find out what the cause was (It felt like it took forever) I left fenugreek as the last thing because my breastfeeding consultant told me to take the supplement so it didn’t occur to me until we exhausted all other options (diapers, soap, detergent, even bottles soap) so I found legendary milk the fenugreek free on the label was a huge relief for me and reading the story about the founder and her sons reaction to fenugreek really opened my eyes everyone is different. It took days for the fenugreek to leave my body and her skin to clear up and as that time passed I was struggling to produce crying all the time worried and stressed I wasn’t feeding her enough I even gave her 4-6 oz of formula at night to make sure she was a well fed baby. THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT PLEASE MOMS REMEMBER THIS and give yourself GRACE a FED BABY is all that matters. But I wanted to continue so I started with cash cow and after about 2 days I saw a big improvement in the morning I was producing 4 oz each breast and by the night I was getting 2oz each breast (my baby is 3 months old and this is pumping after nursing again a fed baby is most important) I did the 10 days and was happy so I just started using pump princess and this was my pump after 3 doses of it about 9 oz in the late morning around 11am and im not sure if its true but my period just returned yesterday and i read your supply can drop so im happy it didnt yet it has actually improved. I will continue to use this product as long as possible my girls skin is completely clear thankfully since using a fenugreek free product. I didnt take photos after cash cow but after reading literally hundreds of reviews on each legendary milk product I realized I am drawn to reviews with photo proof not that i dont believe other reviews only it feels more encouraging. So i hope this helps someone and I hope all the moms reading this know you’re not alone, you’re doing amazing and that 1 or 2 oz you just pumped is a huge and counts keep up the good work!

Omg! Let me just say.. that this stuff works! I had gone back to work recently and my 3 month old ran thru my freezer stash quickly. It devastated me, esp since with my first baby I didn’t have much luck with breastfeeding. So after hitting my 3 month mark and still going strong I wanted to keep going. When I went back to work, my milk started to go down. So I ordered pump princess… & OMG this stuff works! By mid day I can definitely tell that my milk supply is back. In just a matter of days! Thank you legendairy milk! You guys rock!

If I could give this product 10 stars I would. My supply dropped from producing 40+ oz a day to barely enough to feed my 2 week old (stress related issues). Within three days of taking this my supply was back plus some. Every feed now is followed by a full 4oz or more. I stopped taking these for a few days as an experiment and my supply did drop back down again so definitely buy two and start a two week subscription so you never run out!!

We both work in the field and are skeptical of such claims. But she has produced more. Not sure if it’s lactation or OT that worked or time but I can’t dismiss that this may have helped.
