It definitely gave me fast relief . I applied a little more than a pea size, one on my hip , the other one on my lower back just before bed. That’s the good news. The bad news is, it caused me to be dehydrated. I had dry mouth and was so thirsty it even woke me up from sleeping. So just be aware of this. I had to drink a lot of water .

I’ve been using this cream for some time now (it’s also found in certain pharmacies) and it has helped soothe severe pain that I was experiencing in my knees. I think it’s an excellent product and I especially like its minty smell.
I’ve read a few of the reviews complaining about the cream not listing the quantities of its ingredients, but my guess is that the label doesn’t show this because the product is a “cosmetic” product and cosmetic products don’t ever list ingredient quantities. Over the counter (OTC) products, on the other hand, are required to list ingredient quantities, but that wouldn’t apply to this particular product.
