I gotta say, I’m pretty impressed! I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now, and I definitely notice a difference in my skin. It looks more hydrated and plump, which is awesome because I struggle with dryness.
Plus, the joint health benefits are a nice bonus. I’ve been trying to take better care of my joints as I get older, and I feel like these supplements are helping. And honestly, the fact that they’re in capsule form makes them super easy to take. No weird aftertaste or anything like that.

I’ve been taking these hyaluronic acid caplets now, daily, for about the last month. I normally take a liposomal form with a higher amount of hyaluronic acid, but I haven’t felt any distinct changes or that I’m lacking in any way, by taking this version. I haven’t had any digestive issues from taking these, and they are a great way to support my joints and skin. I have been liking the products that I’ve received from this brand, and this supplement is no exception.

Hyaluronic acid and vitamin C are both important for skin health, as well as for joints.
I have taken vitamin C for decades, and hyaluronic acid regularly for the last few years. There is evidence that hyaluronic acid works pretty well, even though I was skeptical for a while.
I take it before workouts, and I have noticed a positive difference in my skin health.
I like that this brand has third-party testing. I look for that when buying supplements.

Arthritis in all it’s many forms is very painful and destroys our joints in different ways. I have osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis which are 2 very different illnesses of the joints. While most supplements will not do much to repair rheumatism damage, there are a lot of things that help with osteoarthritis. Hyaluronic Acid helps with Collagen formation which is highly important for our joints beside other benefits. Besides Glucosamine & Chondroitin, Collagen (various forms) it has helped me keeping mobile. Over the years I’ve lost 3” in height which indicates the cushioning between my joints & bones is badly eroding.
I highly recommend this product to anyone troubled by joint and/or skin issues. Hyaluronic Acid is one step in the right direction!

I got this because I am trying to keep my skin looking as healthy as possible. I take a lot of collagen (10 grams daily) to replace that which we all start loosing starting at about 20 years old. But without vitamin C it would all be a waste of time. And being on a low carb diet makes that challenging so I really like seeing that the vitamin C is included in this capsule. Vitamin C has enzymes that make the collagen fold into a usable form. And Hyaluronic Acid helps the skin cells stay surrounded with moisture that boost the collagen production.
I started taking HA supplements a few years ago after many studies came out concluding that topical HA just doesn’t go deep enough to help with collagen formation. And actually a few studies now are questioning if the moisturizing benefits are worth it due to the quick evaporation it has leaving your face less hydrated. But as I said that has been only a few studies and hopefully more will come to give us a better understanding with that. Thankfully taking Oral HA supplements works inside out and definitely gets deep enough. Intestinal Bacteria degrade it to oligosaccharides which is absorbed by the large intestine and distributed through out the body.
Now I normally take more than 120 mgs daily. The upper end is about 250 mgs (and I actually take more than that although some data suggest after 240mgs it has no benefit). So to just get to the 240 mgs I need to take 2 of these caps. But with it having 90 caps that’s a 45 day supply . And too it may be that 120 mgs is sufficient as there just isn’t many studies giving us a clear picture of dosage. What I notice with HA supplements is your skin gets volume and plumps. Less sagging and wrinkles. It takes about 3 months before you notice (and granted my experience was with taking collagen supplements as well). I really like how this brand has put the vitamin c in their cap so I don’t have to take an extra pill to get it. This is also third party tested which makes me feel more confident it is what they state. These are easy to take and I noticed no sides. Hope this was helpful.
