I had to cut it down to just 1 pill before eating out since 2 gave me stomach pain and acid reflux but ever since I did that they seem to work very well

Big fan of all Santa Cruz Paleo products. My favorites are his electrolytes and his magnesium/potassium. I’ve only been taking these digestive enzymes for a few days and already notice a huge difference! I am less bloated and don’t feel bad after eating. Adding this to my favorites as well.

I had no issues the first day I took 2 tablets- second day I had severe upset stomach and intestinal cramping for a couple hours and couldn’t figure out what could be causing reaction since I had only eaten one very small meal. The pills were the only new addition to my eating. I’m not sure I’d recommend. Possibly test with half the dose? I won’t be taking!

As I have gotten older my stomach does not digest protein the same. This product is a must have. I take it before or after I eat a decent amount of protein and have no issues. I highly recommend.
