So it’s been 3 weeks taking this product and after a week I noticed huge difference with the skin tone of my face.. I just Look more refreshed. Before my face looked exhausted my face looked more hollow and now it looks fresh and plump. Once I started taking the skin hydration supplement I did drink lots of water with it to get that extra hydration boost. Also my nails never was long or strong and it’s Amazing how strong and long they are after taking these pills. Also i have arthritis in my thumb And I am able to actually bend it to touch the pinky finger. This is a great brand and I recommend this for someone who the extra hydration for their skin hair and nails. Oh and my hair grew quicker. The combination of vitamin C with hyaluronic acid helps you produce more collagen which helps your face look more plumped (hydration hydration hydration) that’s what we need and the added biotin is great.

I thought these didn’t work, but I kept taking them. It’s been 2 years plus now. What I first noticed when I took a break from taking these? Hair loss gotten worst, so these stop major hair loss & helps with the growth. Another huge shocking yet amazing plus, when I stop taking, I noticed more wrinkles on my hand, I thought to myself, no way it’s these vitals, believe me, it was, & the moisture on my face. I do a night routine that isn’t the same as to when I’m not taking these. So it’s a necessity for me. I have it delivered monthly, sometimes faster, because I like taking 3 a day.

Well when people notice your skin looks dramatically better. That’s a shock. To be honest I was forgetting to sprinkle the powder in food and decided to try this. I wish I had taken before and after pics. In 3 weeks, 2x a day, I saw dramatic results to my wrinkle and dry skin. I’m 58 so there are wrinkles believe me. I had to Google it to figure out what it was about this formula and found this about one of they key ingredients;

Love Vital Proteins products but I can’t swallow these large pills…went back to the Collagen powder with HA and Vitamin C. You can only get it directly thru their website.

This stuff definitely works to give you glowing skin. The key was taking about 3-4 capsules a day. I looked at least 5 years younger taking this supplement. It took away my eye and forehead wrinkles. But the downside is, it made my hair fall out in clumps. I believe it may be the Selenium that is in the supplement. Selenium toxicity can cause hair loss. I took a two week break from taking this and the hair loss stopped. I started taking it again (only one capsule a day this time) and only took it twice and my hair is back to falling out in clumps. I don’t think it’s the hyaluronic acid itself, but the other ingredients (I’m thinking the selenium) causing the hair loss. I don’t think everyone will have this reaction, maybe it’s due to me having a sensitivity to it or my body is getting too much of a certain ingredient. Just be aware that there are other ingredients in this supplement, not just hyaluronic acid.

Admittedly, I’m taking this with Vital Protein’s Collagen Peptides, so I’m not sure which one is providing the most benefit. I have noticed: nicer skin, healthier nails, and less painful joints since I’ve been using this combo. Pills are great since there is no mixing requirement.

I’ve had pityriasis rosea for probably 5 years on my chest. It would come and go to various degrees. I started taking these pills 6 months ago to help with joint health. The rosea lessened, but I would usually have a patch or two in my hair that would flare back up, but after looking I realized it’s completely gone and has not come back. Would definitely recommend.
