My Doc told me to start this a number of years ago. Really does all it claims. Makes you feel full, lowers blood sugar (a bit) and certainly helps keep you regular. I bought this instead of the usual sugar-free orange and what a difference. Taste is much better. Hard to describe, but a little less sweet and more tangy. Almost, and I say almost like drinking OJ. I just use one heaping teaspoon in the AM with my vitamins and that is it. I’m an average to plus sized guy around 205, so gauge accordingly.
