Rated for arrival on time. I have not used it long enough to rate for effectiveness. Pills are easy to swallow with no odor or bad taste.

Just received the order. The ad suggests this is a 1000mg capsule. The produce title uses the language “Citrus Bergamot Extract 1000mg”. The descriptions says “we take pride in offering the highest quality Citrus Bergamot extract 1000mg capsules”. However, the small print on the side of the bottle clarifies that we need to take two of these capsules daily for a 1000mg dose. As other reviewers have noted, these are not 1000mg capsules, they are 500mg capsules. At twice the cost we’ll now see how they perform.

It does what it says but for me I started with two a day and wound up with muscle spasms all over. With that being said, I’m cutting back to one a day but have seen results faster than I would have thought. Most effective supplement I have taken.

I just discovered that this can help lower triglycerides naturally. Since I just found out mine are on the high end normal I’m hoping after taking this a couple of months my labs will show an improvement so time will tell. The price was decent for this amount so that’s a plus!!
