I got these after a friend recommended me to add B12 to my routine since I am always pretty tired. I have now been using them daily for about a year. I feel like the vitamins have helped improve my daily functioning a bit because I can tell I have less energy when I forget to take them. I also appreciate that they are good tasting so its easy for me to take.

These work really well and taste good gives a good boost of energy but I was doubling it with a B12 drink and when I got blood tests it might B12 was too high, I thought because B12 was water soluble you couldn’t really overdose so I alternate between these or the drink instead of both. In the hot summer months they ship it with ice packs so they don’t melt. Can’t say it’s helped with any weight loss but it does help with energy.

I use These all the time and they taste great smell fresh and don’t stick to my gums I have a lot of extra energy and they are caffeine free just take 2 once a day

If I don’t give these to my husband, he tends to be a little bit more tired from work. I know that if I don’t take these on the daily, that I also tend to be more tired and have a harder time getting through the beginning of the day. The taste of them isn’t exactly the best, but the texture is all right and it does improve my mood by making me a little bit more chipper. Because I start off the day a little bit better. With these, I’m more likely to stay hydrated and eat more food like I’m supposed to or other than trying to like force myself to eat something in the morning and struggling with it.

I only gave 3 starts because of the taste. I don’t feel any effects from eating them. No boost, no energy, no noticeable anything. I don’t suggest them if looking for a boost like I was.
