I’ve tried other brands and this is the best I’ve found. One of the more popular brands I have used had very erratic consistency , but the quality of Perfect Supplements is consistent. It goes great in a smoothie and adds a creaminess. It has fineness to it that mixes into liquids better than other brands I’ve tried, and there is no taste that I’ve noticed. However what I like best is it is lab tested for glyphosate and has none, which I don’t think is true of other brands. This is a high quality, good value, collagen supplement.

I came across this brand through a nutritionist who specialises in gut health. I paid full price on Amazon after reading about the ingredients. I wanted to wait and review this product once I used it for a few months. I started using it because my nails were super thin, and my hair was thinning as well. Since I started using it my nails are the hardest, they been in a long time, and it feels amazing. My hair has a lot of new growth, so I have an abundance amount of fly-aways. I drink one glass in the morning. I usually mix it in a shaker bottle with water. I’ve learned that if I put the water in first and then the powder, I have better results with it dissolving. If you I do the opposite, it congeals a little bit and it’s hard to break up. For less flavor I would suggest using 16 oz. of water. I don’t drink coffee, but I’m sure it would work great in that too.
