I recently entered the 2nd half of life and part of my regime to stay healthy and age gracefully is to mix various superfood powders into a drink that I consume daily. Collagen is a key ingredient in my mixture as the body produces less and less as you age where by age 50 your body is producing only 50% of its peak collagen production.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body and it’s the glue that holds your entire body together. It provides structure to skin, joints, tendons, ligaments, bones, teeth, muscles, blood vessels, and more. As collagen production decreases, the body may experience wrinkles, sagging skin, and achy joints. Hence, the reason everyone should consider supplementing collagen as they age.
Bottom line, I really like this product compared to others I’ve tried as it contains all the various types of collagen, additional nutrients like hyaluronic acid, it’s competitively priced, and has a pleasant taste. This brand of collagen powder is amazing ! I combine two scoops with my coffee every morning. It dissolves quickly and thoroughly in my coffee . I haven’t tried cold drinks with the powder I’ve seen reviews that it doesn’t break down well so I’ve been using it in my coffee . It does have a tad bit of an after taste even though it says there’s no taste but it’s not a problem as it does t taste gross or anything it just tastes powdery if that make sense ! I stir really well too I make sure to stir for at least 45 seconds into my coffee and I don’t do two scoops instantly I pour hot coffee in my cup half way and then add one scoop , stir for about 45 seconds then add some more hot coffee in my cup and finally add the last scoop and stir again for 45 seconds and I have had no problems . My skin has been cleared in just one week of use ! My hair is still the same but that’s fine as I’m sure hair takes longer and my nails have been growing quite rapidly , I’m an anxiety nail biter and I hate having ugly nails so this has been a huge help in growth for me to try and get my nails done again so I can stop with the biting . I’m just happier too idk if that helps with being happy but I’m sure happy it’s working for me !

I have tried numerous collagens to try and help with my hair loss due to taking mounjaro for my Type-2 Diabetes with ZERO luck until now. I have been taking this multi collagen along with a multi viatamin for about 2 months now and the results have been insane! I FINALLY have new hair growth, my skin looks and feels better and my joint pain has decreased significantly! Everyday in a shaker bottle I add 2 scoops of multi collagen, a scoop of orange flavored Metamucil, cold water… shake it up and down it goes. The collagen does have an odd smell but no taste! Love this product!
