This seems like a nice, fresh resveratrol supplement. One of the capsules must have exploded on transit because the whole bottle of caps were heavily doused with the brown powder, and it smells pretty bad. But it doesn’t affect the other capsules, which are average sized and easy enough to take. It’s hard to notice an effect with a product like this for quite a while, so for now, it’s tolerable and I’m glad to be taking such a powerful antioxidant in a simple capsule form.
Caveat Emptor –
Many resveratrol supplements I’ve tried are sourced from grape/wine related sources. This happens to be made from a Japanese weed, that I was heretofore unfamiliar with. Being familiar with resveratrol, and having experience using it… I can say that nothing unexpected or unwanted came from my use of this product. Seems to be high quality, fresh, well made and reliable.

I take this with vitamin C in addition to my other anti aging supplement. It gave a little bit of glow when I am about to finish the jar. The effect is slow. I probably need to be in this for at least 3 months to see a very good effect. Other than that, it is worth trying

This supplement by FLEUR is made from Japanese Knotweed. The ingredient, Trans-Resveratrol, listed on the bottle, is one of the isomers of resveratrol and is bioavailable. Resveratrol is a polyphenol and has antioxidant properties, and I like taking it for the same reasons that I feel good about consuming polyphenol foods. I like that the maker of this product has an informative website and has listed that address on the supplement bottle. I also like that their website states that their supplements are made in a GMP certified facility and are third party tested. I have high hopes that over the course of time, this supplement, will have a very positive effect on my overall well-being. I make no medical claims and encourage doing your own research to determine if this is right for you. I recommend this product.

The FLEUR Resveratrol Supplement is a great product! I’ve tried other brands and I find this brand to be superior. The capsules contain 750mg of trans-resveratrol sourced from the pristine Japanese Knotweed Root. All you need is one capsule a day. Just one pill with only one ingredient, nice and simple (and you know exactly what you’re taking). The capsules are smaller than other brands I’ve tried. The capsules are gluten-free, and non-GMO.
Note: when you open the container (every time) the smell is herbaceous and grassy, however, I didn’t detect any of that when taking the capsules. They also have no side-effects, at least for me. Very pleased!

You get to a point where you have to really pay attention to your body if you want to notice a difference when you’re taking supplements for longevity and well-being. And that’s the point. When you take the best care of yourself, and you take overall wellness supplements, you should also be taking care of your mind and spirit. Make efforts to eliminate stress. Show up for yourself. Take every day as another chance to live your best life. On the days that you get all this right, you will notice a difference when you take these supplements and when you don’t. It’s the little things that make the big difference. This is another piece of the puzzle that I believe is doing me a whole lot of good.

I haven’t had any issues with taking these resveratrol capsules, although they are a bit large. The only effect I’ve noticed is that I don’t seem to be having many issues with colds or allergies this winter while taking it, although I honestly don’t know whether that can be attributed to this supplement. Seems to be a good price for what it is, and it appears to be a quality supplement.

Resveratrol can be very beneficial in your life. I’ve heard many experts (whom I won’t name here) tout the necessity of having it in your life. I’ve had supplements in the past but I’ve questioned their effectiveness. This one seems to ‘pop’ for me, and will probably become my go-to when it’s time to order more. 60 pills for $0.50 a pill for 60 days – that’s another thing that I appreciate. No ‘3 pills a day and 30 pills in the container’ here. If it’s good, then it’s worth it – but when it doesn’t give you that boost then you’re just wasting money. As long as it’s at a nice price like this, it’s worth at least giving a shot to see if it brings you benefits.
(Note that I also take a neurotropic, so this may be a booster for that – hence how I feel more mentally sharp, or that ‘pop’ that I mentioned.)
