I was skeptical this would work but it truly does. I have Fibromyalgia. This Q-Gel Mega 100 stops those Charlie-Horse cramps. I have been a Swanson Vitamins customer for 30 years. Their products are great, they are trustworthy.

My doctor wants me to take 100 mg 3 times daily for my migraines and cardio vascular health. Consumer Lab recommended this brand for purity and potency. It is gluten free. This also includes polysorbate 80 which consumer lab says helps with better absorption, which is why the gel capsule is a little larger. What is the point of taking a supplement if you can’t absorb it, so I was happy to find this combination. I am also happy to report I don’t get nauseous either And my morning dose is on an empty stomach! Definitely recommend!

Love what it does. I have taken Swanson CoQ10 for years. A great price compared to others and just as effective.
Gives you energy, feeling of wellbeing and great for gum disease and the heart. I usually get softgels but this is capsules and I have a hard time swallowing them which is why I gave them a 4 star instead of 5. I will go back to softgels when I reorder.
