Antioxidant – yes please!! I don’t like taking a lot of additional pills in addition to what i already have to take. I do like that the dose is 2 per day. Who couldn’t use some extra antioxidants to help with their daily health and wellbeing?! So far so good on these but too early to tell if they are making a difference, but it’s worth a try!

This have a mix of antioxidant ingredients. I am taking them to relieve oxidative stress on my oocytes to hopefully increase my fertility. Overall this has a lot of benefits and is easy to take.

Like many other products this takes multiple capsules to equal the claimed dose (in this case two capsules equals the 800mg of resveratrol). The product page doesn’t make that clear as it doesn’t include an image of the back label where that information is conveyed. So instead of getting the assumed 180 doses, there are only 90. While I like there are other antioxidants in this product, I think if you’re mainly after resveratrol there are likely other products that are more cost effective, so look around. Two stars deducted for not being clear on the dosage level on the product page.

These capsules contain organic ingredients and are easy to swallow. Unlike some resveratrol supplements, there’s no funny or powdery smell. I appreciate the addition of green tea extract along with trans-resveratrol. The serving size is 2 capsules, and although I wish it were just one, the benefits make it worthwhile. Some brands require taking 4 capsules, which CRAZY to me. So far, I’ve experienced no side effects, and I’m hopeful that it will help with anti-aging. The fact that I don’t feel any side effects is a positive sign!

The ingredients are good. Quality seems to be good. You get a lot in the bottle, however, the serving size is 2 capsules so you get about 90 days out of one bottle.
ONE NOTE: I contacted the company over a week ago to find out where the expiration date is located. I couldn’t find it anywhere… I even had a few others look at it and nobody could find it. It wasn’t until I brought it to work and looked at it under the extremely bright lights did I find it on the bottom of the bottle. I wish they made the ink easier to see. Once I found it I was surprised I didn’t find it earlier; however, several of us couldn’t so I know it wasn’t just me.
BTW – I still haven’t heard back from the company.

I do know the placebo is a thing but I also know of the benefits of certain supplements and the resveratrol mixed with the other anti oxidant rich compounds is no exception. This indeed is a powerful blend and if you are a man and you are looking for a natural aromatase inhibitor this is a great option.
“Aromatase inhibitors lower estrogen levels by stopping an enzyme in fat tissue (called aromatase) from changing other hormones into estrogen.” There a 4 ingredients in this blend that act as AI’s and I will continue to resupply on this supplement as we are living in a world full of hormonal imbalance that I do not want to be apart of.
