Your Nutritionist Resveratrol Complex Potent Antioxidants — I’ve been taking resveratrol among other supplements for years. Started studying supplements a little more and trying a few different brands lately. Want to see if I notice any difference. This brand has 5 times the milligrams and less cost than my usual brand. It also is derived from several sources whereas my usual comes from only the Polygonum Cuspidatum (Japanese Knotweed extract).

Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. The quality seemed to be fully intact with this product. It is interesting how there are different plants that all contain resveratrol. I didn’t have any GI distress or other adverse effects taking this product. As of when this review was posted, the price is very competitive, making this a pretty good deal. I don’t have any complaints about this product.

Happy to recommend this Your Nutritionist brand Resveratrol Complex supplement. This resveratrol extract from Grape seed, Grape Skin, Red Wine, and Japanese Knotweed root came in a typical jar with the batch I received having a shelf life of at least 2 years. Recommended serving is 2 per day and this should last me 2 months. Capsules are typical size and goes down the throat easy with a gulp of water. I like that the jar is double sealed – the first is a tamper indicator tape on the lid and once you open, there’s a seal inside as well. No negative side effects noticed with consumption.

This reservertrol supplement is easy to take and no adverse reactions whatsoever so far. This particular brand is definitely much more affordable that some other brands. It seems to work just as well for me. Will continue to buy after this bottle.
