Most reviews I read previously did not tell of people actually using this product and the results. I ordered the nano silver to have on hand for the possibility of contracting Ebola. But, I got a severe case of pain in the top of my stomach. I wanted to avoid going to a doctor and the usual ten tests and a long faced suggestion I need to live on a drug for the rest of my life. I used the nano silver with hydrogen peroxide, food grade ( DO NOT USE THE COMMON 3%- HAS ADDITIVES). Google for instructions, and read well at sites not selling the product.
This combo took the pain away, and after researching it, I concluded it was probably pylori bacteria run amuck. I stopped too soon, and it came back, so I did another course and stayed on it for about five days after the pain went away. That took care of it.
Thus, i am delighted with the results, and I need to buy another one to replace what I used.
There is some fear mongering over nano silver. The claim is that it accumulates in your body and never flushes out. So what? No one, as much as they try, can prove it has any side effects if used moderately. It sure beats three high powered antibiotics. That is the protocol medically, and it is horrible with side effects. For the record, silver is a “heavy metal,” but it is NOT toxic like others. Warning, do not overdose nano sliver or use it as a prophylactic. Extreme overdoses are rare and the result of some nut case drinking a whole bottle. If you want to detox, use known alternative methods for all metals. Frankly, I like the idea of the silver being on board. I suspect it helps in some way long term.

Shipping time was great. As far as the product itself, it is what it is. There is no for me to test it. All I do know is that silver has been used for centuries as an antimicrobial substance.
