Usually Alpha Lipoic Acid capsules give me a lot of stomach acid in my esophagus and I can’t stand the pain. I try to spread out and time taking it to minimize my discomfort. I’ve been taking these and haven’t noticed the stomach acid problem. Maybe the don’t dissolve as quickly or something. Whatever does it, I’m glad to have less discomfort. That’s why I think these pills are good for me.

I’ve been taking this sporadically over the past week and have definitely noticed some good things. Even with only one pill taken a day. Although I wouldn’t probably take this with certain supplements since this can pass the brain barrier, and might take those other supplements with it. Which is good if it is magnesium, but could be bad I suspect if I’m eating something unhealthy.

Capsules are easy to take one capsule is 300mg. 2 is the recommendation per day. There are 60 capsules in the bottle.

Because I take 300 mg these will last me two months, if you take two that works out to 600 the bottle will last one month, still a good price for a one month supply. Very easy to swallow and no after taste.

This Chinese brand suggests 2 capsules per day to provide 600mg of ALA which is the amount suggested for a 2000 calorie diet. Based on that, I am just taking one per day so the bottle will last a full 60 days. It shows it is non-GMO and is manufactured according to GMP guidelines.

I take these daily. They are pretty easy to swallow and don’t have any off putting tastes. These help me with pins and needles feelings in my feet. These seem to work as I have had no issues taking them and they do what I hopes they would.
