Not to drastic of a change but noticeable. Gave it only 3 stars because they really don’t like to stick on or stay on, which was one major complaint from other reviews….i just figured they didn’t put them on right. Uh no…they really don’t stick that well.

I hate taking pills so I like the patches to get vitamins. Most vitamins are too big for me to swallow and bother my stomach so patches help a lot. The patch gets me what I need and lasts day. I seem to have more energy when using these. The good part is they last all day. The only negative is they stay on so well they are hard to remove and leave a bit of residue. Other than that I am pleased with the patches.

Super convenient and I don’t have to worry about a jar my kids can get into. The stickers are not very enticing for a child to play with. Though maybe a child safety seal would be good. I HIGHLY recommend placing them in different locations as I stayed within the same region on my body and could feel some irritation after the 3rd patch day. Overall, I enjoyed the ease of these without the calories.
