These are not gummies, but pills you swallow., You’re actually getting 180, not 150. These are definitely not strawberry flavored. Incorrect description., My wife needs Melatonin but she needs the gummies as her stomach can’t take normal pills like this. I would not have picked this up if not for the very inaccurate description.

I’ve used the Sundown Naturals Melatonin before & they work pretty well. This is a 2 pack of 90 capsules each (a 180 day supply if you take 1 per night). They are easy to swallow & lactose free. I’ve taken them before on an empty stomach & they did not cause irritation. They don’t “knock me out” or leave me tired during the day the day after, but they are just enough to help me fall asleep & stay asleep. I’ve found that it’s best to take with dinner, & then by the time I’m ready for bed, they kick in. I have a problem with insomnia and many times if I wake up at 3 am, I have trouble falling back asleep. When I take these, I find that I’m not up in the middle of the night tossing & turning, so they definitely help. If you have trouble sleeping (& sleeping all night thru) give these a try.

The capsules are very lightweight, concentrate on your swallowing with liquid since they do float. This works for me without the “weariness waves” I have felt from other sleep inducers. I only need one, and two for days when I’m extremely active.

These are probably perfectly great melatonin supplements…but the description says dosage is “two gummies” and these are capsules. If you want the 10mg dosage and are ok with swallowing a capsule, then I’m sure this will work just fine. If you were looking for chewable gummies, as these were described, and/or the ability to vary dosage, this won’t work for you. Again…fine product, but not what we thought we were getting.

I love the brand I feel I can trust them and I love that it has worked for our family of all ages when we can’t sleep. Never leaves that groggy feeling so I know it’s natural.
