I am not allowed speak to the efficacy of supplements, but I can tell you a little bit about my opinion on the basics: I find these gummies tasty and easy to take, with no funky aftertaste or smells. They have a bouncy texture, and have been a welcomed addition to my daily regimen. Its hard to find a coq10 gummy, so I am very glad I found these!

I’ve been taking Coq10 for a while now and have been at 100mg a day for about a year. I take it because I’m also on cholesterol meds and blood pressure medicine. This seems to help the side affects, less cramps, less fatigue. These have what I need at 100mg but the cost is high for what you get. If you take 2 to get 200mg, this only lasts for 4 weeks for a retail price of 20$. I’m assuming you’d be taking these because you prefer a gummy over a capsule. In this case, the flavor is rather bland with a hint of orange, at least that’s how it was to me.

Another product that requires you to take more than one to achieve the advertised dosage. That bugs me. Otherwise it’s fine, decent flavor and chew.

Not only do they taste great, they are good for you. Nice mild orange taste. They even say on the label do not eat more than 4 per day. They work well. Flavor is inoffensive (although NOT orange, more like peach) and the outside of the gummies is a weirdly dry texture but it goes away fast. Overall good and glad to have had it without having to swallow a pill.
