Don’t take these if your bipolar. I’m going manic and I won’t take them until I find myself going depressed. So guess that means they work good lol. Good for if you need to stay awake a few days. Like if your driving cross country and don’t feel like stopping.

My friend and I used it at times and at different dosages and I never felt anything from it. I never had any bad reaction to the product but I didn’t notice anything happen with it so it’s pretty much just using money to make little or no difference.

This product works pretty well after about a fifteen minutes to a half an hour I really feel more focused. For example I was taking an online practice exam and was getting some questions right and others wrong. After feeling the effects of this supplement I was almost getting every question right. This is a good start if you aren’t sure about the purchase. It’s cost effective and is worth it I can also say I’m not as stressed out after a long day of work when I take this daily.
