The bottle was completely sealed with plastic upon arrival. It was well with expiration date by several years. It was a large size bottle of capsules. It is labelled as expected for a US marketed product. The label indicates that it Manufactured in the US using imported and domestic ingredients. The capsules also looked fresh and there were no unexpected odors or signs of spoilage

This is my second Force Factor product, and it’s a bit early to decide what, if any, benefits I’m getting, but I love they are made in the USA (be careful out there – so many are made in China, and you have no real idea what are in those supplements!) Even though the capsules are large, they go down easy and I’ve had no adverse effects or weird-tasting “burps.” Liver health is super important to me, so I feel good knowing I’m doing something extra.

These TMG Betaine capsules seem to be helping with my overall health. I feel like I have more energy since I started taking them. They are easy to swallow. I haven’t noticed any side effects. They are made in the USA, which is a plus for me. I think they are worth trying if you’re looking for something to help with liver function and general well-being.

Always better to get from an established brand instead of a popup brand and this is reasonably priced for those looking to get TMG. The dosing of 1,000mg per cap is good to get rounded to 3g daily but might not be ideal for someone looking to split their 3g into 1.5g morning and night which I find more convenient, but unlike 750mg capsules this would allow someone to do the breakfast, lunch, and dinner split.

TMG with very little else. If you are looking for TMG then this is a great choice, 1000mg in an easy to take capsule. Right sized bottle is full and there is no odor or aftertaste.
I take to support liver health as I work through weight loss to improve metabolic health, other use may vary based on individual needs.

This TMG supplement lacks B12, B6, and folate which other brands I have previously used contained. These ingredients work synergistically with TMG to support effective methylation pathways. They are designed to support optimal methylation, a crucial process for cellular function and healthy aging. Therefore, consuming this product requires additional supplementation to achieve my desired goals. The price is not competitive enough for me to justify not using a brand that contains the additional ingredients. TMG may help to protect both the liver and cardiovascular systems. While still a newer addition to my regimen, TMG seems to support the energy boost benefits touted for this supplement. I am using in conjunction with “Natures Craft Store Ox Bile Salts for Gallbladder Support – Purified Bile Salts Supplement with Pancreatin Digestive Enzymes Ox Bile & Betaine HCL – Ox Bile Supplements for No Gallbladder & Digestive Health,” also available on AMAZON. Overall, I feel less sluggish. To be honest, the potential anti-aging benefits are a big motivation for me taking this supplement. Only time will tell the effectiveness. In the meantime, I will remain satisfied with extra energy.
