There’s a lot of beneficial ingredients in this little bottle, one of which is alpha-lipoic acid. Many years ago, I wrote a research paper about it—I suggest you look into the benefits, if you’re not already aware—I believe you’ll like what you read!
I have never heard of this brand until now, but they appear to be reputable in an industry full of shady characters. They claim third-party testing and that it’s manufactured in the USA, though I haven’t looked into this claim to verify. Often times you can contact the brand and they will supply the lab report, or they might have it on their website.
This is simple to take, has a 30-day supply, and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects while taking this product.

On paper, the formula seemed really spot on but formula, nor individually impressive ingredients are what converts a curious, hopeful individual into a satisfied, repeat user. Commonly skeptical of marketing claims but intrigued by what I read on the product listing and per a quick glance at the company website, I ordered the product to see if it would produce tangible results for me.
I have been using most of these ingredients individually or in other formulas, but this is a step up from regular ALA to R-ALA (which is more bio-available and more expensive) and gives the added plus of adding Acetyl-L-Carnitine to my daily supplement regime. The quantities used appear to be meaningful as well and using a delayed-release capsule means that the body doesn’t get a ‘hit’ a couple of times per day, but instead benefits from a more constant stream of support.
It’s always difficult to know what quantities of each ingredient will be most beneficial for an individual, but I’m liking this formula already! It is in my opinion very well thought out and formulated.
I am finding that it is noticeably beneficial to me and believe that it is worth others trying it for themselves.

I can’t pinpoint any effects from taking this so far, positive or negative, but my hope is that taking these types of supplements gives a general benefit over the long haul.
