This is an amazing antioxidant blend at a great price! It was recommended to me to start taking Alpha Lipoic Acid recently. I already take turmeric and luetin and had been looking into some of the others. This gives me the ablity to get several of the things I wanted in one pill, plus a few extras that are just as beneficial. No weird taste and easy to swallow. Happy with them so far!

Interesting blend of herbs and supplements for antioxidant support.
None of them except the Vitamin C have an RDA percentage, so I just have to trust they know their science.
It’s a 60 pill supply. At a dosage of 2 a day it is a 30 day supply.
This max it a pretty expensive supplement to put in your routine.

I have noticed not one difference in my status quo. Maybe they are working, maybe they aren’t. I have no symptom changes to know. I will say they have a smell as most supplements do.

small size pill so very easy to swallow. no after taste or anything. benefit wise, didn’t really notice too much change but didnt make anything worse either. dosage is fine. definitely have to eat with food or you’ll feel groggy.

I usually take 1 or 2 of these supplements included in these capsules as an individual capsule but these include as good variety for someone looking for a smaller amount to help as an antioxidant. Example: Since I prefer higher turmeric for RA than 100mg I still take additional ones with these. This formula is still a good addition to your regime though because it has a great variety of good antioxidants even if you don’t take individual ones with it. Manufactured in CO.

It contains a lot of good anti-oxidant ingredients that enhance what I currently take. It contains alpha lipoic acid, green tea leaf extract, quercetin, turmeric, grape seed extract, and lutein, and a vitamin C, all great benefits to your body.
You get a 60 day supply of capsules, 30 days in all. 2-a-day. Easy to swallow, not huge like some are. No aftertaste either.
