It would be wise to read the entire review. I am concerned about this product. The first image you see shows 100 mg of lycopene per soft gel and other images and statements indicates 500 mg of lycopene per soft gel. Also, it states it has vitamin C, but does not indicate how much and in what form of vitamin C is in the soft gels. I find that when a product is advertised in a sloppy and/or inaccurate manner it is a red flag for a scam. They might or might not be selling a good product. The risk is totally on the buyer, because there is a no return policy.
The confusing part is that the same company is also selling 500 mg lycopene per soft gel (two pack of 90 soft gels) with no added vitamin C. It appears the ad is put together properly. Other ingredients include gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol, purified water, soybean oil, beeswax, soy lecithin, and preservatives. The product attributes specify that it is GMO-free and natural. Note the ingredients soybean oil and in a lesser amount soy Lecithin. Soy and especially soybean oil are major endocrine disrupters that mimic estrogen in the human body which is unhealthy in men and will promote prostate enlargement. That means we have lycopene promoting prostate health (reducing prostate enlargement) and soybean oil doing just the opposite to men’s prostate health. That is a problem. The only hope we have is that the lycopene concentration is significantly high enough to overwhelm the negative effects of the soybean oil. Being that at least 90% of all other products have 50 mg or less per capsule with added ingredients that may or may not be healthy and this product has 500 mg lycopene per capsule (for a better price). I think this product is a bargain for those who need lycopene for prostate health. Why??? There was a double blind placebo trial using 500 mg lycopene twice a day for three months. At the end of three months the placebo showed minimal changes and the 500 mg Lycopene group showed an average shrinkage of 47% in prostate size along with improved urinary function. That is enough for me to buy this produce.
