this is an excellent product to rotate among the regimen of probiotics one should use to keep the terrain of the colon in a healthy state. Propolis has virtues all its own to ward off bacteria that seek to colonize especially when travelling. Do take it along and use during the cold and flu season as an adjunct as well.
It is wise to do a Google search of propolis to enhance one’s appreciation for this natural substance.
Dr. Ohhira’s products are not cheap but they are well worth the money. Better to use for one’s colon health/immune support than the expense which could result if the “bad bugs” invade from our compromised food chain. Best to “lock the door before the horse is stolen” is my approach!

Received 12/30 expired January 2025 —- so disappointing didn’t notice til 10 days after purchase and is opened but non return able— this is a high quality top dollar supplement but at end of its life – big let down

My nutritionist recommended this particular product for my gluten intolerance and it has worked wonders. It’s expensive but absolutely Worth it. I’ve Heard that it’s also very effective for urinary tract infections but can’t confirm that personally.

I’ve had digestive problems for years. I have been reading a lot about healing my gut and found a wonderful book by Suzy Cohen called “Drug Muggers,” that opened up a world of information for me about medications and how they eliminate the good bacteria, minerals and vitamins from our body. One of the first things we must do is get our digestive system healthy by adding “GOOD” bacteria with Probiotics. I started taking Dr. Ohhira’s Propolis Plus about 3 weeks ago and I’ve had less and less trouble with my digestion, fewer bouts with diarrhea and more normal elimination. I would suggest these capsules to anyone who takes any kind of medication in order to get your gut healthy. I’m so happy that I read the book and bought these probiotics.
