My husband and I experienced heart palpitations and a high blood pressure spike while taking this Eye
Health supplement. We narrowed it down to this one because this was the newest supplement we have taken. We checked the ingredients and noticed that there is 400mg. of Taurine in 2 capsules. Taurine is what they put in Red Bull!
I threw both bottles in the trash.

Not sure why these make me nauseous especially if I take them in the morning. Maybe its the taurine. Hard to know if they help my eyes since I don’t feel good taking them.

This Eye Health & Vision Vitamins Supplement is formulated in the USA in an FDA inspected, GMP certified facility. It undergoes 3rd party testing for quality assurance. It comes in two layers of tamper evident packaging with a seal around the lid and another on the lip of the bottle.
This contains Turmeric Root, Milk Thistle, Vitamin A, Zinc, Lutein, Bilberry Fruit, Grape Seed, and Quercetin Dihydrate. These are ingredients I take in other supplements, so I was happy to find them together in this product.
The bottle contains 60 capsules, not 90 capsules as the listing title says. The serving size is 2 capsules, so this is a 30-day supply. I purchased this in 2/2024 and this expires in 8/2025. IMO this is a good supplement and a good value.

Half a pill of these are fine, any more than that–dangerous. Whats with these non FDA approved brands and their crazy kill your heart serving sizes? The value for the money is fine but their overdosage of a aserving size makes you really wonder about the quality of these things.

My eye doctor is skeptical about any eye supplements. If you aren’t eating a healthy diet, however, I believe these supplements do help and are better than nothing. This one contains an excessive amount of beta carotene which is great if you don’t eat a lot of carrots. It contains lutein but also taurine, the latter I have never seen before in an eye supplement – it’s supposed to address heart issues so I’m not sure what it’s doing in this eye supplement. It says take 2 a day but I take only 1 as I feel like it’s unnecessary to take that much unless you have some form of eye disease. Overall it’s ok but I prefer a simpler eye supplement rather than a multivitamin, which this one appears to be.

I ordered these because I am using my computer quite a bit during the day, and my eyes get tired after a while. These seem to work well for as long as I have been using them. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, enough for one month. The capsules themselves aren’t huge, so they should be easy enough for anyone to take. They have plenty of vitamins in there — including Lutein, which is excellent for your eyes, as well as Bilberry. There is also Zinc and Turmeric as well as other vitamins. All natural ingredients; non-GMO. This is a very good product, and the price is more than fair for it. I am very pleased so far, and have experienced no negative effects from taking this. I would definitely purchase this again and recommend it to others.

This eye supplement contains a lot of ingredients besides Lutein. The capsules are big and requires 2 per serving to get the same amount of Lutein that I used to take. Each bottle provides 30 days supply per stated serving size. Concerned with the amount of vitamin A (833% of DV) and zinc (227%). Although it’s stated this supplement is formulated in USA, it didn’t say where this is manufactured. The brand web site printed on the bottle also is not accessible. My bottle expires 8/25 (1.5 years away).

These taste fine, and are easy to take. They aren’t expensive and it’s a good list of vitamins to take. They are helpful.
