This softgel was easy & small enough to swallow and didn’t have the characteristic offensive odor that liposomal glutathione products are known for. As for its effect, I’m not sure I really noticed any specific benefit. I suppose it had an immune benefit in terms of keeping me healthy for the first month I took it. The drawback is the not eating or taking other supplements after ingestsing. I usually take supplements together, and this restriction made it more inconvenient for me.

I’ve always veered away from supplements as I get nauseous and very sluggish when I take them. But this supplement is a amazing antioxidant. I have to been taking Liposomal glutathione for only 5 days now and I cannot relay how it’s improved My overall health, I feel amazing , a bounce to my step at the age of 51 that I haven’t had since I don’t know 46? 60 soft gels for ~$7 is a pretty good value it seems. Each softgel is 250mg of a proprietary glutathione blend called “Gluta-IV” and 175mg of another proprietary blend of a phospholipid complex consisting of sunflower oil and lecithin phosphatidylcholine, whatever those are. It’s 2 soft gels per serving, which you’re supposed to take on an empty stomach 30-45min before eating. So, this should last a single individual a whole month more or less.

Effects:
Liposomal glutathione is supposed to help protect intestinal cells from damage, help them be repaired, and correct inflamation especially from ulcerative colitis.
A word of warning though, there’s some concern that using glutathione supplements may cause cramping and bloating or allergic reactions, with symptoms like a rash. There are other concerns with inhaled glutathione, but of course this doesn’t apply here.
