This is a very high quality COQ10 capsule with a whopping 300 mg per capsule. I take this twice a day, so this ends up being a one-month supply. I would rather pay more for a high-quality CoQ10. It is one of those supplements that you get what you pay for. I like that this also has potassium and magnesium which are so important too. I take one in the morning with my morning supplements and one in the evening with my evening supplements. The color is bright orange which indicates it is high-quality CoQ10 and it also smells really good and fresh. I think the price of $56 is reasonable for the quality of the product. I take CoQ10 on a regular basis and this brand has quickly become one of my favorites because of the quality. It is also made in the USA, which is important to me!

Review for: Maxi Health Advanced CO Q10 300 – Coenzyme Q10 – with Potassium & Magnesium – 60 Capsules – Kosher
This is a large dose of CoQ10. Most that I have used come in 100 or 200mg. This means I have to take less pills and that is a plus for me. Another huge plus is the fact that this product is made in the USA. It also contains magnesium and a small amount of potassium.
The bottle is easy to open, not child proof. The capsules are an acceptable size and the bottle arrived sealed.

I’m taking these Advanced CO Q10 300 with potassium and magnesium to help support my healthy heart. I like that these capsules contain 300mg of CO Q10 as well as the addition of the magnesium and potassium. These capsules are easy to swallow and they do not cause be any digestive upset.
I like that this particular product is vegetarian, contains no artificial colors or flavors as well as being gluten free and kosher certified.
Good supplement, good for me.
I’m very happy.

This supplement-Maxi Health Advanced CO Q10 300 – Coenzyme Q10 – with Potassium & Magnesium – 60 Capsules – Kosher is one of the not very common otc supplements you hear of, but it is really a good idea for us older folk.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) can help naturally lower blood pressure. It also have many heart benefits.
Some studies have shown that CoQ10 may help with the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.

This CO Q10 capsule had no after-taste, which is great. I don’t like burping later in the day and a weird taste comes up. I already have fish oil supplements to contend with. I once had a supplement that seemed to mix with fish oil and yech.
Anyway, this supplement is easy to take. I prefer gel but this is fine. It seems to work okay. No adverse effects and no after-taste. The price point is where I balk. I understand that CO Q10 is on the pricier side but this price point is above even that so it would be something that I’d have to consider. Otherwise, it seems a solid product.

CoQ10 is an important antioxidant, reputed to help prevent cancer and heart disease. It’s best taken with Alpha Lipoic Acid, which has been called the “antioxidant’s antioxidant,” because Alpha Lipoic Acid is said to extend the potency of all other antioxidants. However, it’s especially effective when taken together with CoQ10 Enzyme.
This Maxi Health CoQ10 appears to be as good as any other brand. It contains 300 mg per capsule, which is the daily “serving size.” That’s a pretty standard amount, but I prefer 400 mg per day, along with 600 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid.
The color is light orange (see my photos), which is typical. It is as it should be.
Maxi Health’s label says that its CoQ10 comes in the form of Ubidicarenone (with an i). I’ve never seen that spelling before. Normally, CoQ10 comes in the form of Ubidecarenone (with an e.) Is Maxi Health using a different form of CoQ10, or just a different spelling?
Actually, the latest rage in CoQ10 is in the form of Ubiquinol, which is a more potent form of CoQ10. That’s my current preference (at 300 mg a day).
However, Maxi Health is a good, basic form of CoQ10. I do like that it comes in capsule form, rather than tablets. Tablets contain binders that can hinder absorption, so generally, capsules, softgels, and tinctures are better than tablets.

I have been taking this for nearly two months now. This is one of the pricier CoQ10 supplements on the market at over fifty bucks at a bottle with a sixty day supply. This version of CoQ10 also contains Magnesium, Potassium, and Chloride with nothing else artificial.
During this near two month period I have been feeling healthy and energetic with no issues. I did not experience any side effects either. Overall I have no complaints and think that if the price were a bit lower this would definitely be worth it.

These are yellow-powder filled capsules, tasteless and reasonably easy to swallow. Each capsule has 300mg of CoQ10, which are most often recommended by physicians for those taking statins so as to avoid some of the muscle and tendon oriented side effects. The proper dosage in those cases isn’t well illustrated by research, and the generally available dose of 100-200mg per day is most often used. Whether anyone needs 300mg is unknown, but the literature doesn’t indicate there to be a significant potential for harm at this dose. Each capsule also contains about 100mg of potassium – about 1/4 of what you’d get from eating a single banana – and 100mg of magnesium – the same as you might get from two cups of sliced avocado. Perfectly reasonable supplements, but likely not necessary if you’re eating properly. There’s a two month supply here at a reasonable price point as CoQ10 always seems to be expensive at the local pharmacy.
