Very good proudct but everyone body is differnt what might work for someone might not work for you or it might take some time there no miracle pill for anything you still have to eat healthy and do some Excercise along taken any supplments or vitamins.

Pills are large, but not that hard to swallow. I can’t any difference in how I feel but our cardiologist said to take resveratrol.

This is only my personal observation, but Alfa Resveratrol seems to act like something of a Medical Fountain of Youth!
An ironic thought – if those guys searching for the mythical Fountain of Youth – the Spanish explorers (like Desoto(?)) – had been given resveratrol compounded from red wine grapes by local Mediterranean curanderas, they might not have had to leave their local seas on their dangerous voyages across vast oceans, to the other side of the world!
Hint: For older men taking Saw Palmetto, Flomax, and Proscar for BPH, try adding Alfa Resveratrol to the mix. It will take about three weeks, but you might be very pleasantly surprised. (The FOUNTAIN of YOUTH Effect).
OF COURSE, run this past your doc, but don’t be surprised if he doesn’t know anything about this – yet.
