These capsules are bright orange and very obviously full of turmeric. When I open a capsule to check the contents, it smells and tastes like turmeric. This is much easier than adding this amount of turmeric to my food or making “golden milk.”

This is a nice package of turmeric for a decent price. I use these pretty regularly but I couldn’t say whether or not their claim of a special ingredient is making them more potent or useful is true or not. I think they work fine, as turmeric goes.

I have only taken this for a few days but since it’s turmeric it should act as most turmeric supplements do. I appreciate that this is made in the US and has some certifications, but I’m not sure where the actual turmeric is sourced from (made in the US may just mean that the ingredients are converted into capsules here, but everything is actually from another country). I haven’t noticed any negative side effects and I sometimes get heartburn from supplements, so that’s a plus. In terms of the cost, it seemed high so I pulled up a well known on-line vitamin store and did a comparison and it’s definitely within the range of costs for their turmeric, some of which also include Bioperine (aka Black Pepper), so I don’t think it’s expensive for what you get. I’m keeping track of how I feel over time to determine if I’ll continue to take this. If I do, I will purchase this brand again and use the ‘subscribe and save’ option to make it effortless.
