Looking at the front label, I was under the impression that this supplement contained 850 mg resveratrol per serving. It only contains 400mg. It does have other great ingredients like grape seed and green tea leaf extract and quercetin. Quality of the supplement is verified by the COA on the product page. The lot# matches the product I rec’d.
Resveratrol has a 75% oral absorption rate. By the time the gut and liver metabolize it, oral bioavailability is less than 1%. Quercetin also has low bioavailability. Although low dosages, I believe the ingredients in this Garden of Herbz are beneficial for overall health. If you have specific health concerns you hope to address with this supplement, you’ll probably need double the dose.

Of course you never really know when a supplement is working, so it’s hard to report on the efficacy of this product. However, I do like that it’s manufactured in the USA and that it’s 3rd party lab tested. That’s really all I can say–the rest is just kind of crossing my fingers and hoping. I can say it hasn’t contributed to any adverse health effects, which is good.

my husband likes that he doesnt have to take all three of these separately anymore. has the right amount of dosage to regulate what it needs too. easy to take. smells and has an oily texture which slightly translate in taste.
