These vitamins are filled with many very important ingredients to support fertility. Unfortunately, I am very sensitive to many things and these give me a burning stomach. Therefore, I do not enjoy taking them. They do not have a bad taste or smell, but after taking them with food I still have a burning sensation and need an antacid. I would recommend that others try them if they do not have a sensitive stomach and take them with food.

This was easy to swallow and worth the money. I had no sign effects.

I find this formula unique from 10 different ones I’ve reviewed. I understand there are lots of pros and cons whether ubiquinol or ubiquinone is better. It is better to seek physician advice.
This product is a bit pricey.
I find it hard to comment on whether its bioavailability is effective for improving outcome. I would have to run a panel of blood tests to confirm that. Otherwise, there are published articles that can offer insights but I would limit its use for specific treatment only.
This product is founded by Center for Human Reproduction in New York, Dr. N Gleicher and his partners. I realized that there are multiple physician founders and similar companies that have popped up and selling these types of vitamins customized for fertility.

This supplement is a great option for women looking to support their reproductive health and egg health. It’s easy to take, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. I would definitely recommend this product to other women who are looking for a natural way to support their fertility.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.
These softgels come in a box with four blister packs. When it makes sense to use, I think I prefer blister packs because it seems like they are less wasteful, but that may be just my perception.
If used as directed it will last 28-42 days (2-3 softgels per day).
The expiration date on mine is Apr 30, 2027.
I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. The product page GMP certified and 3rd-party tested. The website also says non-GMO.
I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. The product page says they started in 2011 and were “reborn as Ovaterra in June of 2021.” Their website is functional and informative. I like to see a phone number, or at least a chat feature, on a company’s website. This has neither, just an email address. They do have a Google Maps listing with a phone number on it. They have a scientific advisory board and use experts in developing their products – they do have bios of the scientific team on the site. They talk about the premium manufacturers and ingredients – I would like to see more details on their sourcing and manufacturing. They talk about the multiple stages of product testing, and do share the results based on product batch numbers.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but the ingredients are impressive, including the lack of fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. My own research has led to me preferring ubiquinol for my CoQ10, so I’m glad to see that here, and I like that the Vitamin E is not synthetic. I’m not sure why the price is so high, but my best guess is that it might be because of one or more of these: developed with doctors, they have patents, it’s a reproductive health supplement (those seem to come with higher price tags than similar ingredients not marketed as reproductive health supplements), the form of ubiquinol and delivery system are supposed to deliver enhanced bioavailability of 622% over traditional CoQ10.
I got this for me because we’re done having children and it seems that some brands of female-targeted supplements have higher than average quality of ingredients, and CoQ10 and Vit E are also good for men. At this price it wouldn’t be my go-to for these, but the 2/day version spreads the price out over a couple more weeks, and I think that at least sometimes knowing you are getting a high quality supplement from a valid, verifiable, established company is worth at least part of the higher price. And if it delivers on what you’re taking it for, even better.
Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

This is a very effective high quality supplement and it’s a good value for the money, but I do think it is a little too pricey. I just feel like they need to make this product more affordable for everyone.
These are easy to take, with no taste or after taste . They are very easy on my stomach. I did not get any side effects.
I would’ve gave it five stars, but it’s just the cost that made me take a star away.

I did my research, ordered and started taking this OvoEnergen supplement for what it contains and offers and to provide my perspective and product review. Although I’m a male, I see that the company also offers and markets a male supplement with quite an identical ingredient formulation to support mens health. This product OvoEnergen is designed and marketed to support female reproductive health. Describing this product, the company Fertility Nutritionals LLC, out of NY, states OvoEnergen™ CoQ10 for fertility is a nutritional supplement of clinical-grade coenzyme Q10 in the active ubiquinol form to help maintain female reproductive health by supporting overall egg health. With their formulation, they combine the quality Kaneka QH Ubiquinol and the patented delivery system of VESIsorb to enhance bioavailability by 622% in clinical studies. The packing contains 4 blisterpaks each containing 21 softgels for a total of 84. Each softgel contains 100mg of CoQ10 Ubiquinol, the reduced and biologically active form of CoQ10 along with 20mg of natural (and not synthetic) Vitamin E. The recommending dosing as indicated on the package is to take 2-3 soft gels per day for fertility support. Every batch of OvoEnergen undergoes a rigorous 3 step quality assurance process including independent lab testing for potency and safety from toxins. All in all, the ingredients seem to be of the highest quality and provide the support that is claimed that CoQ10 may help maintain female fertility by improving egg quality through robust energy metabolism and protection from oxidative stress. Do you own homework and research then consider if this quality supplement that can serve your needs.
