My eye Dr. has advised me to take eye vitamins to support macular health. I was happy to order these softgels. Suggested dose is one softgel per day.

This supplement contains a great mix of ingredients for eye health, plus some other stuff that I am unsure of the benefits of. The softgels are easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. At this high price point I would expect GMP certification and 3rd party lab testing, but neither is mentioned. The expiration date is 7 months from when I got it.
