I have been taking CoQ10 for years for heart health. I have tried both the ubiquinone and ubiquinol forms, but never this new, solubility-enhanced CoQ10 complex form. It seems like a highly-bioavailable formula. The capsules are vegetarian-friendly and not difficult to swallow. One capsule contains 300mg of CoQ10. The directions say take 1 capsule twice a day but 1 (300mg) should be sufficient for most people. I take 1 per day, and haven’t had any reactions or issues so far.
This comes packaged in a small bottle with a plastic-wrapped lid. Mine has an expiration date of 12/2023. I take 1 capsule per day, so this is 60-day supply for me. Overall, this seems like a good CoQ10 supplement in a highly-bioavailable form. It is new to me, so I have no idea how well it works. Only time will tell. The price seems high though. I’ll continue this course and see how it goes. So far so good.

Once received, I note that manufacturer suggests two (2) capsules daily (photo shows U.S. Quarter Dollar for size comparison). At time of writing the resulting monthly expense is around $55, and for me, this is not a good value.

I take CoQ10 daily because heart disease runs in my family. CoQ10 is good for cardiovascular support. I found this information on the web: “CoQ10 has been shown to help improve heart health and blood sugar regulation, assist in the prevention and treatment of cancer and reduce the frequency of migraines. It could also reduce the oxidative damage that leads to muscle fatigue, skin damage and brain and lung diseases.”
I take 1 cap per day. (The directions say to take 2/day.) For me, 300mg per day is enough. So I will get 60 doses out of this bottle. Two month supply.

I’ve only been taking one of these a day at lunch time when I take my crestor statin pill. Statins are known to reduce CoQ10 levels which is not good for the heart. The supplement indicate to take twice daily which would be only a one month supply. I am taking it once daily along with the statin pill to counter it. That and I’m eating two apples a day which are high and CoQ10 to offset not taking the second pill. Most people don’t eat enough apples and not even one a day. It is highly recommended that you eat an apple a day. If you don’t believe me read the book liver rescue which is on amazon.

I’ve watched several YouTube videos by medical doctors raving about how good CoQ10 is for heart health so I’ve been taking it each day for several weeks now. I exercise a lot and really want to have good heart health for the rest of my life. This particular product contains a good amount of CoQ10/capsule – 300 mg, which is above the typical range of 90 – 200 mg/day that many websites recommend. These capsules are regular size and fairly easy to swallow.

My wife thought she read something that suggested that CoQ10 could be helpful in restoring bone density, so she asked me to order this. The capsules were easy for her to swallow and we noticed no side effects. We have no way to determine whether they actually impacted her bone density, and she has failed to find any further documentation supporting the use of CoQ10 for bone strength, so she is no longer taking this.

I have tried a lot of different brands of CoQ10 over the years. One thing is for sure with CoQ10, you get what you pay for! This particular product is really high quality and has a release agent which will absorb much better than cheep CoQ10 products. That is the key with CoQ10, otherwise you are just wasting your money.
This is a two month supply. I take 1 in the evening before bed. I have really noticed an overall difference in how I feel taking CoQ10, especially when I stop taking it. You want to take this every single day and do not skip days. Also, take it forever because it is one of the best anti-oxidants you can put it your body!
Love this brand and this bottle will last 2 months which is not a bad price for super high-quality CoQ10! Love it!
